Task template

Lift one foot, hold the gap, then replace that foot

Request a temporary one-foot support state with one foot returning to its original floor area. The supporting shoe must stay down; the lifted shoe must become completely clear. This differs from both a two-foot hop and a heel-only lift.

Lift one foot, hold the gap, then replace that foot

Request a temporary one-foot support state with one foot returning to its original floor area. The supporting shoe must stay down; the lifted shoe must become completely clear. This differs from both a two-foot hop and a heel-only lift.

Original geometric practice input; untested teaching method. No H3 call or generated result is included.

Input and task goal

The original side-facing adult has two separated shoes, teal on picture left and coral on picture right. The coral leg is the moving leg. Both soles initially meet the floor, the knees are visible and there is open space in front of the coral shoe. Arms hang free, with no wall, rail or chair to supply a hidden support.

Action phases and fixed relationships

Keep the teal supporting sole at its floor location. The coral knee may bend and move slightly forward so the coral shoe clears the floor; do not require the pelvis to be absolutely frozen. A modest torso adjustment is allowed, but camera movement and floor drift are not. This is a visual support-state task rather than balance coaching.

PhaseRelationship to inspect
1Two supports: both complete soles touch the floor.
2Lift: coral knee bends and coral sole loses all floor contact.
3Hold: a clear gap sits beneath coral while teal remains planted.
4Replace: coral returns to its starting floor area and both feet settle.

Phases specify order, not exact timing controls. The review diagram is an authored checklist, not output frames or an ending-frame input.

Review guide / 观察图

Prepare one manual task

  • Before drafting, identify the two sole outlines separately. A replacement with feet superimposed cannot establish which support remains.
  • Request a small lift with a short visible hold and one return. Exclude a kick, forward step or toe tap so the intended final area stays unchanged.
  • When real footage exists, inspect the full sole of the lifted shoe, including its toe. A raised heel with a touching toe does not meet the complete-clearance requirement.
  • Follow the supporting leg throughout the return. If the body floats and the supporting shoe stretches toward the ground, reject the take even if the moving foot lands correctly.

In the image-to-video workspace, manually choose the MiniMax H3 base mode and place the clean PNG in the first-frame role, leaving the ending frame empty. Check that the current interface supports this combination and inspect its actual estimate; if unavailable, do not submit or put the review diagram into another slot. Downloads do not upload files or start tasks. This exercise assumes no duration, resolution or frame-control guarantee.

Complete original prompt

Use the supplied original side-facing adult drawing with two separated shoes on a level floor. The teal shoe on picture left is the supporting foot. The coral shoe on picture right is the moving foot. Keep the camera and floor still. Bend the coral-side knee slightly and lift the whole coral shoe clear of the floor while the teal sole remains planted at its original location. Hold a small visible gap under the coral sole. Allow a modest torso adjustment without stretching either leg or using an invisible support. Then lower the same coral shoe back to its original floor area once and settle on both feet. No kick, step forward, toe left touching, two-foot jump, new prop, extra leg, cut or repeated lift.

Inspect the actual sequence

Fill observations only when real footage exists. Watch the full take, pause around the relevant contact, separation or order change, then replay at normal speed. Timecode, outcome and note cells start empty. Use pass, fail or not-observable; an obscured event is not a pass.

  • The opening has two distinct complete sole contacts.
  • The coral shoe clears the floor at both toe and heel.
  • The teal sole remains at its original contact during the lift.
  • A readable one-foot support interval appears.
  • The coral shoe returns to its original area without crossing the teal leg.
  • Both feet settle with coherent leg length and no second lift.

Change one failed variable

  • Coral toe stays down → specify only whole-sole clearance rather than a heel rise.
  • Teal foot also lifts → strengthen only the supporting-sole role.
  • Coral lands farther forward → constrain only the return area; keep lift height unchanged.
  • Supporting leg stretches → reduce only lift size and inspect the unchanged supporting contact again.

Retain evidence and task boundaries

Record both contacts, full clearance and replacement separately. This package has no H3 run, balance score, force estimate or exercise recommendation. A generated support pose cannot measure a real person’s ability.

The hop owner removes both shoe supports, while sit-to-stand keeps both. The swordsman prompt includes a cut to a one-legged pose on a roof with a weapon; this task stays on an empty level floor and tests continuous removal and restoration of one specific foot contact.

The package contains original text and a program-drawn fictional mannequin, with no real-person material or third-party images.
