Effective date: July 31, 2026
Last updated: July 31, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the independent MiniMax H3 service, including prompts, uploads, reference materials, generated outputs, accounts, credits, and APIs. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:
- Illegal or harmful activity — content or conduct that violates law, facilitates crime, threatens people or property, or meaningfully enables wrongdoing.
- Child exploitation — any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of a minor, including synthetic or altered material.
- Sexual content or nudity — pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual services, fetish content, or nudity that the Service or its providers classify as disallowed.
- Non-consensual intimate content — sexual or intimate content involving a real person without consent, including altered or synthetic depictions, sexual extortion, or voyeuristic material.
- Graphic violence or gore — graphic injury, mutilation, torture, cruelty, or other extreme violent imagery that the Service or its providers classify as disallowed.
- Hate or extremist content — hateful dehumanization, protected-class targeting, hate symbols, extremist propaganda, praise, recruitment, or operational support.
- Deceptive impersonation or fraud — misleading use of a person's identity, voice, face, or likeness for scams, defamation, harassment, identity theft, or deception about a material fact.
- Targeted abuse — credible threats, stalking, severe harassment, hateful abuse, or content intended to humiliate or exploit a person or protected group.
- Rights violations — content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
- Dangerous instructions — content that meaningfully facilitates weapons construction, malware, credential theft, evasion of security controls, self-harm, or other serious physical or digital harm.
- Manipulative high-impact use — using generated content as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal services, medical care, or access to essential services.
- Platform abuse or safeguard evasion — unauthorized access, scraping, denial-of-service activity, malware distribution, account or credit fraud, payment abuse, resale that bypasses our controls, interference with the Service or its providers, or attempts to bypass content filters, rate limits, identity checks, access restrictions, billing controls, or enforcement measures.
Only submit material that you own or are authorized to use. If a prompt or upload includes another person's personal information, likeness, voice, or confidential material, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required permission. You must make disclosures about synthetic or altered media when required by law or when omission would be materially deceptive.
API users must protect keys, use reasonable polling and request rates, follow documented technical limits, and prevent unauthorized use. You may not share keys publicly, probe private systems, automate prohibited activity, falsify request or media metadata, or use multiple accounts or keys to evade limits or enforcement.
We may block or remove content, refuse or cancel tasks, preserve evidence, restrict features, revoke credits obtained through abuse, suspend or terminate accounts or API keys, and report activity when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users or providers, or comply with law. Enforcement may consider context, severity, recurrence, intent, and risk.
No safety system is perfect. You remain responsible for your inputs, outputs, and use of the Service even when a request is not automatically blocked.
To report prohibited content or appeal an enforcement decision, email support@minimaxh3.studio with the relevant account email, task or content identifier, and a concise explanation. We may request additional information to verify the report or account.
We may update this policy as the Service, provider rules, risks, or applicable law changes. The revised policy applies from the effective date shown above.
