Jul 31, 2026

Effective date: July 31, 2026

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the independent MiniMax H3 service available at minimaxh3.studio (the Service, we, us, or our) handles information when you visit the website, create an account, use AI generation features, purchase credits or a subscription, use the public API, or contact support. MiniMax H3 is an independent service and is not the official MiniMax website.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  1. Account information — such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, account settings, and session information.
  2. Prompts, uploads, and generated content — including text prompts, images, video, audio, reference files, generation settings, outputs, task history, and related metadata that you submit or create through the Service.
  3. Purchase and credit information — such as your selected plan, credit balance, order, invoice, subscription, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment providers process payment-card and other payment credentials. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
  4. Support communications — including messages, attachments, account details, and task or order identifiers you send when requesting help.
  5. Device, log, and usage information — such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referral URL, pages and features used, event timestamps, error logs, approximate location derived from IP, and security or fraud signals.
  6. Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication, security, preferences, product experiments, attribution, analytics, and payment flows as described in our Cookie Policy.

Please do not upload sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to use.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and from service providers that help us operate authentication, payments, AI generation, storage, analytics, security, email, and support features.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • process prompts, uploads, references, and generation requests;
  • save creation history and deliver generated outputs;
  • manage subscriptions, orders, credits, refunds, and invoices;
  • provide the public API and enforce rate, safety, and billing limits;
  • respond to support requests and service notices;
  • measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand product use;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, policy violations, and security incidents; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate to the activity.

How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • AI model and generation providers that process prompts, uploads, and task settings to produce outputs;
  • cloud hosting, database, storage, content-delivery, and security providers;
  • authentication, email, and customer-support providers;
  • payment processors that handle checkout, billing, refunds, and fraud screening;
  • analytics and attribution providers when those integrations are enabled;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law; and
  • a successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly; where those laws apply, you may contact us to exercise any available opt-out right.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, the status of your account, product and security needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

In general, account data and saved content may be kept while your account is active; transaction and credit records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes; and security, support, and diagnostic records may be retained for the period needed to investigate and resolve the relevant issue. Deletion requests may not immediately remove data from backups, and service providers may retain limited information under their own legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless law permits or requires longer retention.

International Data Transfers

The Service and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and protections for data in transit and at rest where appropriate. No online service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority and, in some jurisdictions, to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising without discrimination.

To submit a request, email support@minimaxh3.studio. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing the request. Some rights are subject to exceptions under applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice when required.
