MiniMax H3 iris prompt: shrink the opening with the same overlapping blades

Brief a small iris-aperture closure using six original rigid blade shapes. Inspect overlap, the central opening and a fixed housing rather than a fading disk or a gathered fabric hole.

MiniMax H3 iris prompt: shrink the opening with the same overlapping blades

Make the edge of an opening change because its rigid overlapping parts move. This is a mechanical-style shape relationship, rather than dimming a circular area or pulling a flexible bag closed.

Original illustrated practice input; method not independently tested. No H3 generation or model output is supplied. A result, if you later generate one, still needs the checks below.

!Original illustrated practice input, not a model result

Read the starting input

The original front-view illustration contains six broad overlapping blade shapes inside one dark circular housing. Their inner edges form a visible opening. Different muted fills make the six parts traceable; the picture contains no optical brand, text or generated result.

Keep the outer housing and the opening center as fixed references. Trace the visible seams between blades and the smaller inner boundary. Do not use overall brightness as a substitute for observing which solid edges move.

Set up the current generator

Select MiniMax H3 base in image-to-video. Enable Add end frame so the current interface exposes the First Frame slot. Upload only first-frame.png to First Frame and leave Last Frame empty. This is not the Fast workflow: Fast requires both frames. Select a duration and ratio actually offered by the interface; these notes promise no exact motion timing. Opening a generator does not submit a task. Provider availability and generated outcomes are not promised. The SVG is a design/inspection source, not an upload instruction.

Copy the original prompt

Start from the supplied illustrated iris first frame. Locked straight-on camera. Keep the circular outer housing stationary and keep the opening centered. The same six rigid overlapping blades move together by a small amount so their visible inner edges make the central opening smaller. Preserve the blade seams and their overlapping order. Do not stretch the housing, gather the blades like cloth, fade in an opaque disk or add another blade. Stop with a clearly visible smaller opening; do not close it completely. Hold the final arrangement. One continuous view, no camera movement or lighting fade.

Work through one attempt

  • Count the six blade regions and identify the existing open center in the PNG. A replacement input needs readable overlap seams; a plain ring does not show which parts should move.
  • Request only a modest closure and leave the hole open. Keep focal changes, exposure adjustment and reopening out of the first attempt.
  • When a later result exists, inspect three stages of the inner boundary. Check whether the original solid blades explain the new edge before judging the shot as an attractive transition.

Inspect the result

Record an observation for each item in the blank sheet. The sheet starts with empty results: none is a pre-existing pass.

  • The outer ring stays the same size and position, and the opening remains centered.
  • The same six blade regions remain traceable with coherent overlaps.
  • A smaller hole results from moving blade edges, not an appearing disk, a fade or a warped housing.
  • The ending leaves a visible opening and does not introduce a reopen/reset cycle.

Change one failure at a time

  • If the hole simply darkens, remove exposure language and ask to see the solid inner blade edges advance.
  • If the blades behave like a drawstring, emphasize rigid overlapping parts and reduce the amount of closure.
  • If the center disappears into a blob, stop earlier while the opening and several seams are still readable.

Ending, limits and related tasks

Six original overlapping blades hold a smaller still-visible opening in the same fixed circular housing.

This is an untested illustrated motion brief. It does not set an f-number, certify an actual aperture mechanism, simulate exposure or prove optical performance.

Use the drawstring task for a flexible gathered rim. Use this task when a hole must be explained by visible rigid overlapping pieces.
