Plan one lever-punch cycle, then withdraw the same sheet to reveal one enclosed circular hole without tearing its outer edge.

Paper punch: make one closed hole and keep the sheet

Original video brief; method not independently tested. No input image or generated result is supplied.

1. Task and source boundary

Make a short craft-product demonstration that preserves the identity of one sheet while a lever punch removes one circular area. The useful ending is the same sheet with one new enclosed hole, with its outer edge still continuous.

Fiskars describes inserting paper and pressing the lever on its Circle Lever Punch (Medium), article 154720-1002. It also identifies an integral confetti catcher. Those facts support the action and explain why a loose paper disc need not appear on the table. The relevant product description, Features and Specifications were read directly on 23 October 2026 (China Standard Time). The page does not document lever release, return or paper-withdrawal timing. These product facts do not validate the prompt, user-input geometry, a generated result or another punch model. Manufacturer product description

This brief uses a single circular lever punch with its catcher closed, one sheet compatible with that tool, and one press. The return and withdrawal stages below are an authored external-view animation plan. They are not a documented internal die cycle. Exclude border punches, eyelet setters, plier punches, multi-hole office punches and repeated patterns; use your actual tool instructions for real operation.

2. Prepare a readable input

Prepare a photograph or accurate drawing you own or have permission to use. Show one lever punch resting on a contrasting mat, its paper-entry slot, the raised lever, and one flat unperforated sheet just outside the slot. Include one hand holding a visible outer corner and another poised on the lever without covering the slot. The entire intended hole area must initially be visible and intact. A small existing corner mark can help track the same sheet. No manufacturer photograph or input file is supplied.

Choose an oblique overhead view that can show both the press and the sheet after withdrawal. Confirm from your real tool and sheet that the die can reach a location fully inside the paper, leaving an unbroken margin around the entire circle. Keep a fixed, simple mat detail under the eventual hole to distinguish the background from a printed circle. Leave enough room to feed and withdraw the sheet in one straight path. Keep fingers away from the entry slot. If the input cannot establish the sheet, slot, usable margin and movement room, revise it before generating; a prompt cannot establish hidden die geometry.

3. Open the current generator

Open image-to-video and choose the current MiniMax H3 mode that accepts one authorized image as the first frame. If First Frame is not visible, enable Add end frame, then place your authorized image in First Frame rather than the reference-image area. Leave an optional last frame empty; if two frames are required, select a compatible mode. Adapt the names and colors to your actual input. Before manual submission, check the full prompt, current settings and credit estimate. The link prepares model and prompt text only; it does not upload your image or start generation.

4. Complete prompt and sequence

Start from my authorized image of one circular lever paper punch on a fixed mat, its closed confetti catcher, and one intact sheet beside the paper-entry slot. Keep the oblique overhead camera, mat and punch base fixed. Preserve the sheet outline and its existing corner mark. The existing paper-holding hand slides the sheet straight into the original slot until the intended circular cut lies fully inside the sheet, with paper all around it. Hold the sheet still. The other existing hand presses the same lever down once, then releases it and allows it to return to its original raised position. Do not pull the paper while the lever is down. Only after the lever returns, withdraw the same sheet along the original feed path. Reveal exactly one enclosed circular hole at the punched location; the fixed mat is visible through it while the surrounding paper and outer edge remain continuous. Hold the sheet flat and in view beside the unchanged punch. Keep the catcher closed; do not add a visible falling disc or confetti. No second press, extra hole, edge notch, long slit, torn strip, printed dark circle, paper swap, extra hand, new tool, cutaway, camera move or edit. Show one feed-press-release-withdraw sequence in a continuous shot. Do not imply a measured hole diameter or validated cutting mechanism.
  1. Inspect the unperforated target area before feeding. Track the existing corner mark and outer outline so the withdrawn sheet can be matched to the starting sheet.
  2. Feed only far enough for the intended circle to remain surrounded by paper. Stop translation before the press. A circular notch at the paper edge does not satisfy this task.
  3. Follow one lever press and its return while the sheet and punch base stay in place. The housing may conceal the die; record that internal cutting contact as unobserved instead of generating a transparent mechanism.
  4. After the lever is raised, withdraw the same sheet and inspect the complete hole boundary. Follow the fixed mat detail through the opening during the last part of withdrawal, then hold the sheet flat.

5. Inspect an actual output

Only after inspecting an actual output, record each criterion, time or frame, visible observation and pass, fail or inconclusive judgment. A hole in the ending alone does not establish the preceding press. If the sheet identity or the complete hole boundary is hidden, mark that relation inconclusive. The hidden die and retained scrap remain unverified.

  • The starting sheet shows the intended area intact, with the same outer outline and corner mark retained through the shot.
  • The sheet enters the original slot; the punch base and camera do not move to conceal the feed path.
  • The sheet stops for exactly one visible lever press and return, without being withdrawn while the lever is down.
  • The original sheet withdraws only after the lever has returned, following the same slot and feed path.
  • Exactly one circular opening is revealed fully inside the sheet; paper continuously surrounds its boundary and the outer edge has no notch or new tear.
  • The mat visible through the opening remains part of the fixed background rather than a dark disc attached to the moving paper.
  • The ending retains the same sheet, punch and closed catcher. Hidden die contact or collected scrap is not counted as observed evidence.

6. Repair one failure at a time

  • A hole exists before pressing: begin with the whole target area visible and intact, then inspect its first appearance after the press.
  • The sheet is cut into two strips: remove tear or snip language and require one enclosed boundary surrounded by continuous paper.
  • The result is an edge notch: correct the input and feed depth so the actual tool can reach a full circle inside the sheet; do not stretch the punch throat.
  • The dark circle moves like printed ink: use a contrasting fixed mat detail behind the opening and inspect it during withdrawal.
  • Paper slides out under a lowered lever: separate the press-return interval from withdrawal and keep the sheet still during the press.
  • A disc falls from nowhere: keep the documented catcher closed. Do not request a visible scrap trajectory that the input and source do not establish.

7. Ending, saved result and limits

The same flat sheet rests in view beside the same punch. It has one enclosed circular hole and a continuous outer edge; the lever is raised and the catcher remains closed.

After your own generation completes, use the normal result-download control to save the video. Keep the actual input and its permission record, exact prompt, settings and timestamped observations. A downloaded video still needs the visual checks above.

No H3 generation, cutting force, material suitability test, precise diameter measurement or internal die simulation is included. The lever motion, sheet continuity and final aperture are external visual criteria. They cannot prove a concealed cutting event, catcher contents or real tool performance. Follow the instructions for the actual product when using it.

The scissors task separates an edge tip and ends with two visible pieces. The perforated-sheet task propagates a tear along pre-existing gaps. This task starts without a hole, retains the sheet perimeter and reveals one enclosed aperture after a press; neither adjacent task checks that topology or the closed catcher. Changing paper color or hole size would not create another task.
