Plan a curtain panel gathering as its original support rings slide along one rod without detaching.

Slide curtain rings together while the rod stays fixed

Original, untested video brief. No input image or generated result is supplied.

1. Task and boundary

Pull the leading edge of one curtain panel toward its anchored side. Several existing rings slide along the fixed rod, their spacing decreases and the fabric gathers into deeper folds beneath them. The leftmost ring stays near the original end stop. Watch the moving supports and hanging cloth together; changing only the lower fabric silhouette is not enough to show the requested action.

This original shot plan is untested. Use one lightweight panel with a small count of plainly visible rings already threaded on a straight rod. Keep the opposite edge anchored for the short gather. Exclude wind, opening a second panel, detaching hooks, retractable rods and fabric shrinking. No claim about glide resistance or real curtain hardware is made.

2. Authorized first frame

Use a photograph or accurate drawing you own or have permission to use. Show one curtain panel hanging from five visible rings on a fixed rod. The leftmost ring rests near a left end stop; the other rings are spaced across the rod. One original hand holds the right leading edge just below its ring.

Choose a slightly angled front view that exposes each ring, its attachment to the panel and both rod mounts. Include the bottom hem so folds can be followed from top to bottom. Keep the curtain still in the starting image, with enough unused rod visible to distinguish ring translation from movement of the whole assembly.

4. Prompt and timing

Start from my authorized image of one curtain panel hanging from five visible rings on a fixed straight rod, with the leftmost ring near the left stop and the original hand holding the right leading edge. Lock the camera, rod mounts, rod length and left anchored edge. Pull the leading edge slowly to the left. Let its existing ring and the intervening rings slide left along the same rod, reducing their spacing without passing through each other or leaving the rod. Keep each ring attached to its original point on the panel. As the support span narrows, gather the same fabric into deeper hanging folds; retain its bottom hem and material area rather than scaling the whole curtain smaller. Stop with the rings clustered near the left side but still individually coherent, and keep the hand holding the same leading edge. No wind, floating cloth, new ring, lost hook, moving rod, shortened fabric, second panel, camera move, cut or hardware-performance label.
  1. Opening: identify the five rings, anchored side, hand grip and full hem before the pull begins.
  2. Middle: follow the leading ring and intervening supports relative to fixed rod details, then compare their spacing with the hanging folds.
  3. Ending: stop the pull and keep a short gathered view; do not hide all the rings behind one merged shape.

These beats are author suggestions, not exact model timing guarantees. Adapt their proportions to the clip length actually available.

5. Inspect the output

After inspecting your own output, record a time or frame, visible observation and pass, fail or inconclusive judgment for each condition. A convincing ending alone does not verify the preceding action.

  • The rod mounts and rod endpoints remain in their original positions.
  • The leading ring slides toward the anchored side along the original rod.
  • Intermediate ring spacing decreases without rings crossing, disappearing or leaving the rod.
  • Each visible ring retains its original fabric attachment.
  • The panel gathers into deeper folds while its continuous hem remains recognizable.
  • The anchored edge stays near the original stop instead of translating with the hand.
  • If the ring attachments are hidden during motion, mark support-to-cloth continuity inconclusive.

6. Fix one failure

  • The fabric gathers while rings stay still: assign translation to the existing rings before describing lower folds.
  • The whole rod moves: anchor both mounts and include an external wall detail.
  • Rings fuse into one blob: reduce the gather and keep a slightly angled view of their separate arcs.
  • The curtain shrinks vertically: preserve its hanging length and hem while changing horizontal support spacing.
  • Hooks detach: improve the input view of each attachment and keep the hand on the leading edge rather than pulling a loose ring.

7. Ending and limits

End with the same panel gathered beside its anchored edge, all original rings on the fixed rod and the hand retaining the leading edge.

Save your own generated result through the available result controls, together with the authorized input, exact prompt, settings and inspection notes.

No H3 result, curtain-hardware test, fabric simulation validation or pulling-force measurement is supplied. The visible support and fold sequence does not establish real friction, exact fabric area or a particular ring mechanism.

The wind-curtain task moves fabric beneath fixed supports. The drawstring task reduces an opening by pulling a cord. This task translates several original supports along a fixed rod and couples their narrowing spacing to the hanging panel.
