Plan a visible severance followed by two free ends retreating toward their unchanged anchors.

Cut one stretched band and track both recoiling ends

Original, untested video brief. No input image or generated result is supplied.

1. Task and boundary

Show a stretched band connected between two fixed anchors. One scissor closure divides its center, after which the two new free ends retreat toward their own anchors. End with two shorter attached remnants and an open central gap, preserving the identity of both original halves.

This original visual brief is untested and suits an authorized illustration. Depict one simple band, one cut and visible attachments. Exclude projectile motion, physical cutting instructions, material-strength claims and a loop that repairs itself after severance.

2. Authorized first frame

Prepare a drawing you own or have permission to use. Place a horizontal band between two plainly visible fixed anchors with a small mark on each half. The original scissors are open around the center without hiding either anchor.

Use a flat front view with empty background behind the band. Show enough band thickness to distinguish connection from separation. Leave space beside both anchors for the shortened remnants, and keep the blades readable at the intended cut point.

3. Use the generator

4. Prompt and timing

Start from my authorized illustration of one stretched band joined to two fixed anchors, with one mark on each half and open scissors around its center. Lock the camera, anchors and background. Close the original scissors once at the center. Keep the band continuous until the blades visibly meet there; then create exactly one separation. Let the two newly free ends recoil away from that central cut toward their own original anchors. Each outer end stays attached, and each mark stays on its corresponding remnant. Preserve visible material on both sides while the central gap widens. Let the shortened remnants settle without rejoining. Do not move the anchors, make the entire band vanish or launch a detached extra fragment. No second cut, repaired connection, whole-frame shake, camera move, replay or text.
  1. Establish, first fifth: identify both attached ends and the uninterrupted central span.
  2. Cut and recoil, middle three fifths: inspect blade closure, first separation and opposite retreat of the free ends.
  3. Settle, final fifth: hold the open center with both marked remnants still attached.

5. Inspect the output

For each check, record a frame or time, observation and pass, fail or inconclusive judgment.

  • The band remains connected before visible blade closure.
  • Exactly two new free ends appear at the same central cut.
  • Those ends retreat in opposite directions toward their own anchors.
  • The anchors and outer attachments remain fixed throughout.
  • Both original marks remain on visible shortened remnants.
  • If blur hides separation, mark cut-to-recoil timing inconclusive.

6. Fix one failure

  • The band shrinks before the cut: separate intact, severed and recoiling stages.
  • One half disappears: keep its original mark and outer attachment visible.
  • The anchors move inward: pin them to fixed background references.
  • The band reconnects: retain the central gap during the final hold.
  • The blades hide all evidence: revise the illustration so the cut point remains readable.

7. Ending and limits

Finish with one central gap and two separate shortened remnants, each connected to its original anchor.

Save your result, authorized input, exact prompt, settings and inspection notes.

No H3 generation, cutting experiment, recoil-speed measurement or material rating is supplied. The proposed visible stages do not predict safe handling or real band behavior.

The elastic-ring task preserves a closed loop during recovery. This task changes connectivity once and follows two newly free ends; intact-band plucking also keeps both ends connected.
