Plan visible switch contact followed by one lamp turning on and nearby surfaces becoming illuminated.

Switch on one lamp and inspect its local light patch

Original, untested video brief. No input image or generated result is supplied.

1. Task and boundary

Operate the existing switch of one desk lamp and show its light appearing on the nearby desk and wall. Keep the lamp, room and camera still. The action should link finger contact with the switch change and local illumination, while distant room details remain stable.

This original brief is untested. Use an ordinary lamp whose switch and shade opening are visible. Exclude wiring instructions, electrical safety certification, exact brightness claims and a whole-room day-to-night transformation.

2. Authorized first frame

Use a photograph or accurate drawing you own or have permission to use. The lamp starts unlit in a room with enough ambient light to see it. One original fingertip rests beside its existing rocker switch.

Frame the switch, shade opening, nearby desk and part of a wall together. Keep a distant object outside the intended light patch as a reference. Avoid an already glowing bulb or a cropped switch whose actuation would be invisible.

3. Use the generator

Open the current image-to-video generator in a mode accepting your authorized first frame. Paste the prompt; check settings and cost before submission. Nothing runs automatically.

4. Prompt and timing

Start from my authorized image of one unlit desk lamp with a visible rocker switch, the original fingertip beside it and nearby desk and wall surfaces in view. Lock the camera, lamp pose and room arrangement. Press the existing switch once so its rocker changes position. After that contact, turn on the same lamp and let a local patch of light appear on the nearby desk and wall in front of its shade opening. Keep distant background objects recognizable and avoid brightening the entire frame uniformly. Preserve the original lamp, switch, fingertip and surface textures. Lift the finger clear and hold the lamp steadily lit. No moving light source, new bulb, extra switch, room replacement, magical beam in clear air, camera move, cut, numerical brightness or second toggle.
  1. Establish, first fifth: identify the unlit lamp, switch and distant reference.
  2. Toggle, middle three fifths: follow fingertip contact, rocker movement and local illumination in order.
  3. Hold, final fifth: show the finger clear, the changed switch and the steady light patch.

5. Inspect the output

For each check, record a frame or time, observation and pass, fail or inconclusive judgment.

  • The switch changes position following the original fingertip contact.
  • The visible lamp becomes lit after the actuation rather than beforehand.
  • Nearby surface illumination is localized and preserves their textures.
  • The lamp pose and distant room references remain unchanged.
  • The light remains on after the finger lifts away.
  • If the switch is hidden, mark contact-to-toggle continuity inconclusive.

6. Fix one failure

  • Everything brightens equally: preserve a distant reference outside the local light patch.
  • The bulb lights before contact: separate switch movement and lighting into ordered beats.
  • The lamp moves: anchor its base and shade orientation against the room.
  • The switch changes shape: use a simple readable rocker in the authorized input.
  • A floating beam appears: keep the effect on visible receiving surfaces rather than clear air.

7. Ending and limits

Finish with the original switch in its new position, the lamp steadily lit and the operating finger clear.

No H3 result, electrical test, luminance measurement or product-control capability is supplied. This is a proposed scene, not evidence that any device is connected or remotely controllable.

The light-direction task moves an already illuminated source. Here a visible switch changes one stationary lamp from unlit to lit, with a local receiving patch. Different lamp decoration remains the same task.
