Connect base opening to movement at the original paper folds without adding new tabs or detached panels.

Open the card base and follow its attached pop-up panel rising

Original, untested video brief. No input image or generated result is supplied.

1. Task and boundary

Open one simple pop-up card partway and follow its original folded insert as it rises between the base leaves. The insert must move because its original attachment tabs and creases remain connected to the changing base. A flat illustration becoming a separate upright object does not establish this task. Track the same marked ridge and the two attachment regions through the opening.

This is an original, untested visual brief for an accurately constructed paper pop-up. Use an existing V-fold design that supports the intended rise; the page does not provide a cutting pattern or guarantee that arbitrary folds will work. Begin slightly open and request a modest continuation. Do not add scenery, new cuts, extra layers or a closing cycle.

2. Authorized first frame

Use your own or authorized photograph or accurate drawing of a small blank card. The left base leaf rests on a fixed board while the right leaf can rotate around the original spine crease. Show one precreased insert attached to both leaves by its original tabs. Choose a low three-quarter front view that reveals the insert ridge and both attachment areas in the selected partial-opening range.

An original hand holds the free edge of the right base leaf without covering the spine. Give the insert ridge one existing small color patch. Use distinct but plain colors for the base and insert, and leave space above them. Check the physical fold layout or drawing first; missing attachments cannot be established by animation alone.

3. Use the generator

Open the current image-to-video generator in a mode accepting your authorized first frame. Paste the complete prompt, check the available settings and cost estimate, then submit only when ready. This page supplies text; it does not upload an image or start a generation.

4. Prompt and timing

Keep the left leaf of my authorized pop-up card fixed on the board. The original hand opens the right base leaf slowly around the same spine crease. Keep the existing pop-up insert attached to its original tab on each leaf. Let its two connected paper faces rotate at their existing creases as the base opens, so the marked ridge rises into the visible space between the leaves. Preserve all original paper edges, tabs and fold adjacency. Move only within the chosen readable partial range, then hold the open pose. Do not create a new crease, stretch the paper, unglue a tab or replace the insert with a solid object. Do not lift the entire card off the board, move the camera, add text, conceal the transition with a cut or close the card again.
  1. Opening: identify the fixed left leaf, spine, original tabs and marked insert ridge.
  2. Middle: follow right-leaf rotation together with the connected insert faces changing angle.
  3. Ending: hold the risen insert while checking that both original attachment regions remain in place.

These beats are author suggestions, not exact model timing guarantees. Adapt their proportions to the clip length actually available.

5. Inspect the output

After inspecting your own output, record a time or frame, visible observation and pass, fail or inconclusive judgment for each condition. A convincing ending alone does not verify the preceding action.

  • The left base leaf and board references remain stationary.
  • The right leaf opens around the original spine crease.
  • The insert stays attached to the same original region on each base leaf.
  • Its marked ridge rises through motion at the existing folds, not by detaching or stretching.
  • Original panel adjacency and visible cut edges remain unchanged.
  • If a tab or essential crease is hidden during the rise, mark that attachment or fold-continuity check inconclusive.

6. Fix one failure

  • The insert floats upward: make both attachment tabs visible and reduce the opening range.
  • A new crease appears: simplify the input and identify the original fold lines before motion.
  • The whole card lifts: anchor the left leaf to a clear board reference.
  • The insert turns into a thick sculpture: preserve thin paper edges and omit scenery language.
  • The tabs vanish behind the base: choose a slightly higher front view or stop before the overlap.

7. Ending and limits

End with the base partially open and the same attached insert standing higher between its leaves. Keep the marked ridge and both connection regions readable.

Save your own generated result through the available result controls, together with the authorized input, exact prompt, settings and inspection notes.

No generated result, construction pattern or durability test is supplied. A visually convincing rise cannot prove that hidden glue tabs are secure or that the paper layout is physically buildable. Use actual visible connections to judge the received output and leave concealed ones unresolved.

The accordion-paper task closes neighboring panels along an existing sequence of creases. This task uses opening of a separate two-leaf base to move an insert attached to both leaves; rising paper without that two-sided attachment does not complete it.
