Plan a downward press, visible hand clearance and the same floating body returning to the surface.

Press a floating cork under water and let it resurface

Original, untested video brief. No input image or generated result is supplied.

1. Task and boundary

Press one floating cork just below the water surface in a clear bowl. Remove the fingertip and follow the same cork rising until it floats again. Keep the bowl still and show the cork crossing the waterline, so its return is distinguishable from a hand lifting it.

This original scene plan is untested. Use a plain buoyant object with a readable waterline. Exclude density measurements, buoyancy calculations, a cork touching the bowl bottom and an invisible support lifting the object.

2. Authorized first frame

Use a photograph or accurate drawing you own or have permission to use. Show a short cork floating partly above the surface in a clear bowl. One original fingertip rests lightly on its top, with the rest of the hand outside the bowl.

Choose a side view through the clear wall. Leave a visible water region below the cork and keep its ends distinct from the bowl rim. Avoid bubbles, opaque liquid and reflections that would hide the moment when the finger clears.

3. Use the generator

Open the current image-to-video generator in a mode accepting your authorized first frame. Paste the prompt; check settings and cost before submission. Nothing runs automatically.

4. Prompt and timing

Start from my authorized image of one cork floating in a clear fixed bowl, with the original fingertip on its top. Lock the camera, bowl and table. Press the same cork slowly down until its upper surface is just below the visible waterline. Keep it clear of the bowl bottom. Pause briefly, then lift the fingertip fully away without holding or hooking the cork. After that clearance, let the cork rise through the same water and cross the waterline. Allow a small surface disturbance as it returns to a partly submerged floating position. Keep the cork intact, the water inside the bowl and the original hand above it. Stop after the first return to the surface. No hidden lifting rod, second cork, draining bowl, jump cut, camera movement or numerical buoyancy label.
  1. Establish, first fifth: locate the initial waterline across the floating cork.
  2. Press and release, middle three fifths: inspect full submergence followed by a clear finger-to-cork gap.
  3. Resurface, final fifth: follow the cork crossing the waterline and returning to partial immersion.

5. Inspect the output

For each check, record a frame or time, observation and pass, fail or inconclusive judgment.

  • The cork moves below the waterline without reaching the bowl bottom.
  • The finger visibly separates before the main upward return.
  • The same cork rises without rotating into a different object.
  • The bowl and its water level remain recognizable throughout.
  • The ending cork intersects the water surface rather than floating in air.
  • If glare hides the hand gap, mark unsupported return inconclusive.

6. Fix one failure

  • The hand lifts the cork: expose the released gap before the rise.
  • The cork jumps out: reduce the submergence and request a restrained surface return.
  • The bowl empties: preserve its original water level and closed walls.
  • The cork touches the bottom: start with more water space beneath it.
  • The final object hovers: retain partial immersion and a visible waterline intersection.

7. Ending and limits

Finish with the original cork floating again and the finger clearly above it.

Save your result, authorized input, exact prompt, settings and inspection notes.

No H3 generation, physical flotation test or rise-time prediction is supplied. The requested return is an inspectable scene sequence, not evidence about a particular material’s density.

The solid placement task ends when support transfers to a rigid table. Here the hand releases below a liquid surface and the object returns to that surface, creating a different contact sequence.
