# Reference-input readiness audit

This is an original preparation audit of 16 distinct existing H3 records. It is not a reprint of the source prompt library, an output-quality ranking or a model test. No example was generated or independently reproduced. The ZIP contains metadata and this analysis, not the source images, videos or audio.

## 1. What is pinned

- Production source revision: `28f0a1e20a782f6a40ade97e7c9c2741e9e880cd` (release integration verified the same catalog bytes).
- Source path: `src/shared/content/minimax-h3-prompts.json`.
- Source file byte SHA-256: `7dbaed6887c829fa421fd9d7b20a27b96f958a93c459915efbbfa8fcdee61fc4`.
- Exact filter: `modelId == "MiniMax-H3"`: 628 of 3,784 rows.
- H3 canonical subset SHA-256: `340970a0cb1fb7197bf5b63271ec7055433b62a663ce5baa7f9760b0af9e625e`.
- Canonicalization: Python `json.dumps(rows, sort_keys=True, ensure_ascii=False, separators=(',', ':')).encode('utf8')`. Preserve the original array order and sort object keys recursively.
- The snapshot also records local checkout and source-file-last-change revisions in their distinct roles. They are not the production deployment revision.
- Atlas source catalog is pinned at `ff00e714bf2f972ac9563f9ecfa0e1c3c0b325da`. Historical H3 Field Notes import revision is `7b6c9a3544ea41033c8c69075a476ef89610f715`. The official HF request links use mutable `main`; the selected local metadata is byte-pinned instead of pretending those URLs are immutable.

The selected snapshot preserves sourceSlug, sourceId, exact originalMode, navigation mode (explicitly not evidence), metadata, references and prompt/record hashes. It omits full prompt bodies. Missing fields remain missing. `requiredReferenceCountPresent` distinguishes an absent field from a declared zero. Input URLs are exact catalog strings, with a separate absolute URL for probing.

## 2. How to use the files

`readiness-audit.csv` is UTF-8 with a BOM for spreadsheet compatibility, one row per case. `readiness-audit.json` contains the full bilingual original analysis and per-input observations. `selected-source-metadata.json` is the pre-probe metadata snapshot. `http-observation-20261014.json` binds its byte hash and the probe script hash.

The 16 cases were selected to show different preparation issues, not randomly sampled. Do not extrapolate their proportions to all 628 cases. They have 38 structured input slots: 29 have at least one URL; 9 have none. The cyber-operative prompt additionally mentions `@[ref img]` outside an empty structured list. That one unresolved mention is not counted as a structured slot. Source post IDs and catalog sourceIds are preserved even when different.

The eight linked non-text bundles, one explicit text record, two partial bundles, two all-missing bundles and three unspecified-mode records each have a concrete next preparation step. None is certified for direct replay, use rights, provider compatibility or equivalent output.

## 3. What the network observation proves

53 distinct declared site/upstream input URLs returned 2xx in this observation. Read each attempt's `observedAt`, `method`, status and content type. The probe first uses HEAD; only a 403, 405 or 501 triggers a bounded GET with `Range: bytes=0-4095`. Even if Range is ignored, the code reads at most 4,096 bytes and closes the response. It uses a six-second request timeout and four workers.

A 2xx status alone does not prove a valid decoded media stream, a complete download, an audio/visual inspection, permission to use it or support by a provider. `not-declared` means no URL was in that field; it is not a 404. `unresolved` is not silently converted into unavailable forever. The audit did not retrieve creator pages through this script, submit a model task, or inspect outputs.

To create a fresh non-overwriting observation with Python 3 and no extra packages:

```sh
python3 probe-links.py --out ./my-new-input-observation.json
```

This performs fresh public requests and may produce different outcomes. Do not overwrite the supplied dated receipt or substitute the new receipt without updating all evidence bindings. The script refuses an existing output file. `SHA256SUMS` binds all other files in this archive; verify from the extracted folder:

```sh
shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS
```

## 4. License and next decision

The audit prose, CSV schema and SVG diagram were authored for this collection. The diagram is an original information graphic, not a generated example or screenshot of an H3 result. The source catalog is attributed in the snapshot and source links. A catalog's MIT or CC BY license is not permission for the underlying pictures, performances, voices, brands, music or creator videos.

Choose a role structure that matches your actual task, prepare assets you may use, verify the service's present inputs and run a separate test if appropriate. A missing input can be supplied for a new disclosed exercise; that does not turn the original record into an independently reproduced result. Exact lettering, labels and brand end cards should stay editable in post-production rather than being claimed as proven model output.
