# MiniMax H3: first-frame I2V teaching exercise / 首帧 I2V 教学练习

Authored 2026-10-05. **Static inspection only; no ComfyUI import or GPU inference has been performed. / 仅静态检查，未导入 ComfyUI、未进行 GPU 推理。**

This package contains a pinned official workflow, an adapted lamp-and-curtain exercise, retained workflow license, model-file metadata, source links, a change list and static inspection results. It contains **no image, weights or rendered video**. Upload your own authorized `lamp-curtain-first-frame.png` in `LoadImage`; use a 1344 × 768 input with a stationary lamp on the left and a pale curtain on the right.

## Open / 打开

Drag `minimax-h3-i2v-lamp-curtain-20261005.json` into ComfyUI. Check that all core nodes import, select the matching files in the loaders, and replace the placeholder image selection. Keep `first_frame` connected, `last_frame` empty and `turbo_mode=false`. The authored prompt is already in the I2V subgraph. Inspect environment requirements before obtaining models or running.

## Connected settings / 连线参数

- `ResolutionSelector`: `16:9 (Widescreen)`, `0.98` MP, multiple `32` → calculated `1344 × 768`.
- Its width/height links **override** displayed width/height widgets inside the subgraph. / 外部宽高连线会覆盖子图显示的宽高字段。
- `duration=5` → expression gives `124` frames; `CreateVideo` uses `24` fps. Calculated duration is about `5.17` seconds; the actual encoded duration has not been measured. / 时长公式对齐为124帧，按24fps计算约5.17秒，未测量实际成片时长。
- `seed=42`, `turbo_mode=false`; base branch selects `20` sampling steps. This is an inspected setting, not a speed or quality claim. / 基础分支选择20步采样，仅是设置核对，不代表速度或质量实测。
- Output prefix `video/h3_lamp_curtain`. / 输出位于 `ComfyUI/output/video/` 下，对应文件名前缀为 `h3_lamp_curtain`。

## Files / 模型文件

The four core files total `40,073,842,159` bytes (about `40.07 GB`, or `37.32 GiB`). The referenced Turbo LoRA adds `1,956,193,000` bytes; the combined metadata total is `42,030,035,159` bytes. These are **disk-file sizes, not VRAM requirements**. Environment, cache and output storage are additional. The Turbo branch remains in the graph; its inactive state has not been tested through frontend/runtime validation.

四个核心文件的元数据合计约40.07GB，图中保留的 Turbo LoRA 约1.96GB，两者合计约42.03GB。这是**文件大小而非显存要求**，运行环境、缓存和成片需要额外空间；没有测试前端或运行阶段怎样验证关闭的 Turbo 分支。具体路径、发布方 revision、文件大小与 LFS SHA256 见 `model-files.json`。文件 hash 来自发布方元数据，没有下载权重作本地复核。

The official original has 9 root nodes/5 root links and 21 subgraph nodes/42 subgraph links. The derivative removes two disconnected utility nodes and their one link, leaving 7 root nodes/4 links, with the same core I2V topology. All 23 backend node types in the original (21 in the derivative) were found in pinned core source. JSON syntax, link endpoints, serialized port types, reciprocal references, subgraph interfaces and published file metadata passed the checks recorded in `static-validation.json`.

官方图包含顶层9节点/5连线与子图21节点/42连线。教学图删除两枚不参与保存路径的工具节点及一条连线，保留核心 I2V 链路；派生图为顶层7节点/4连线。原版23种、派生版21种后端节点均在固定源码找到声明。检查通过不代表前端导入、权重加载、量化算子、显存、采样、音频或封装成功；没有已验证的运行版本上下限。
