# MiniMax H3 problem-use-outcome prompts: explain one visible organizing change

Prepare a short, non-branded product-explanation structure: a visible desk problem, one visible use action and an observable arranged outcome. The subject is a fictional tray with two plain pencils and an eraser, not a real product with demonstrated performance.

**Original practice inputs and an untested method.** No H3 generation or finished edit has been executed. All PNGs below are separate input illustrations, not generated outputs.

## 1. Define the shot roles and download separate inputs

S01 shows the same empty teal tray with the ochre pencil, coral pencil and coral-and-ochre eraser outside it. S02 is staged later: the ochre pencil and eraser are already in their assigned positions, while a geometric adult hand holds the coral pencil above the remaining slot. S03 is the settled arrangement with those same three objects in the tray and no hand. Each shot has its own complete PNG. No contact sheet or before/after composite is used as a single uploaded first frame.

## 2. Preserve the selected visual relationship

The inventory is two pencils and one eraser, plus one tray. Match their shape and color roles across shots using object-inventory.json. S02 demonstrates only placing the final coral pencil; the other two placements occur in an explicitly omitted interval between shots. Do not claim that the one visible action sorted all three objects. The tray does not clean, remove dust, charge a device or change the objects. Its depicted slots are fictional geometry, not measured real-product specifications.

## 3. Prepare each single-shot task manually

Make three separate manual single-image tasks if you choose to generate footage. Prepare S01 as a quiet problem shot, then S02 as the one placement action, then S03 as an outcome hold. The default generator action uses only S01 and its prompt. Replace the input and prompt for each later task; do not ask the first task to upload or edit all three. In an external editor, join the three roles with direct cuts and choose length from the clarity of the actual footage rather than a claimed advertising formula.

Use the current **MiniMax H3 base image-to-video** workflow. In the presently documented controls, enable **Add end frame** to expose **First Frame**, upload only the current shot PNG there, and leave **Last Frame** empty. This method does not use Fast, which requires paired inputs. Recheck the actual controls and credit estimate before a manual submission. Files do not upload or submit themselves. SVGs and geometry/role sheets stay local as design notes. No duration, resolution, automatic editing or exact endpoint guarantee is implied.

## 4. Use the shot-specific original prompts

**S01 — Problem: three pieces remain outside the empty tray (default draft only)**

```text
Start from this original top-down desk illustration. Keep the empty teal tray and the same three stationery pieces outside it: one ochre pencil, one coral pencil and one two-tone eraser. Hold the fixed camera and the existing scattered arrangement with only minimal ambient light change. Do not move items into the tray, remove them, multiply them, add a hand, text, branding or a transition. Finish with the visible problem still present. This is only the problem source shot; later use and outcome shots will be prepared separately and edited manually.
```

**S02 — Use: place only the final coral pencil**

```text
Use this separate staged input for one independent top-down action shot. The ochre pencil and two-tone eraser are already resting in the teal tray. The illustrated adult hand holds the coral pencil over the remaining middle slot. Lower only that coral pencil gently into the open slot, release it, and withdraw the hand upward. Keep the other two pieces, tray walls and fixed camera unchanged. Do not let a pencil cross a wall, add an object, perform automatic sorting or claim cleaning. End with the same three stationery pieces resting in the tray. Earlier placements are outside this shot.
**S03 — Outcome: hold the same three-piece arrangement**
```text
Start a new independent shot from this original settled arrangement. Keep the same teal tray, ochre pencil, coral pencil and two-tone eraser in their existing positions. Hold the fixed top-down camera and a quiet scene, with only minimal ambient light variation. Do not add another item, change colors, animate a product feature, introduce a hand, numbers, badges or text, or cut to another scene. End on the same readable three-piece arrangement. This is an illustrative outcome view, not evidence of real-product performance or customer results.
```
Each later prompt belongs to a new manual task with its own PNG. The single default button cannot generate, assemble or validate the whole sequence.
## 5. Inspect real frames and record uncertainty
After actual outputs exist, check every shot against the object inventory before adding an explanatory label. A title such as "arranged in this tray" must describe only the visible scene. Real dimensions, durability, convenience, time savings, customer results and conversion uplift need separate real evidence. The blank inventory/observation sheet contains no prefilled pass. Save the three source filenames so a broken use shot can be replaced without changing the whole concept.
1. The same tray, two pencils and one eraser can be accounted for across all retained shots.
2. S02 visibly places only the final coral pencil; the omitted earlier placements are not credited to that action.
3. The outcome describes the visible arrangement without extra objects, hidden features or unverified performance claims.
4. Three separately prepared source shots and the manual edit remain identifiable; no complete generated advertisement is claimed from the inputs.
## 6. Repair one mismatch without changing the task
If an object disappears between shots, repair the relevant inventory mismatch; do not describe the disappearance as a product benefit. If the hand or coral pencil crosses a tray wall, shorten the visible movement or replace that take. If S03 adds extra pencils, reject it rather than calling the fuller tray a better outcome. If the three shots all behave as a static beauty shot, keep S01 and S03 quiet but make S02 action responsibility explicit. Avoid badges, invented numerical claims and a fabricated customer quotation.
## 7. Deliver the edit with its limits
The intended delivery is a manually edited problem/use/outcome sequence with all three source clips and a completed inventory review. Here the inputs and methods are authored preparation materials only. No H3 generation, finished advertisement, real-product test or marketing measurement is included.
The three-product launch workflow assigns overview/detail/context to different products and adds an end card. This task holds one fictional scene and one inventory across a deliberately causal explanation. Its extra checks are object correspondence and what the visible use can actually support. A clean final composition alone does not prove a general benefit.
